Is that considered animal abuse? Poor doggie. It's not funny but I had to laugh anyway.
Any ugly Giftmas sweater is considered abuse - whether an animal is involved or not.
I had a boxer who used to LOVE getting dressed up. Except boots - he hated boots - and we only tried those because of the amount of salt they put on the streets up here in winter. He loved his fleece-lined coat, though. Whenever he saw it, he'd do a weird doggy happy dance and actually helped (as much as he could) us put it on him, lifting paws to get them into the sleeves. He was a bit of a fashionista. :)
